| Duties: | Experience with CCRC retirement communities in their start-up and growth phases is absolutely essential. This individual will also need to be personally involved with selling the community’s health care services.

| Qualifications: | Other key skills for this position will include the ability to: communicate well; inspire respect and trust; mobilize yourself and others to become successful; and accept feedback from others. Must possess good problem solving skills and be results driven, while still displaying a passion for the well being of seniors. Flexibility and creativity are also critical for this position in order to stay in touch with the rapidly changing trends of this industry.
This selected candidate should have knowledge of REPS Contact Management systems; Microsoft Explorer Internet software; Excel spreadsheet software and word processing software.
In addition to possessing the required skills, candidates will also need to have at least a bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or related field. Please note, at least 3 years of both Sales/Marketing experience and success within a progressive senior living community are required!
