We are currently accepting applications for the position of Dishwasher. The diswasher will maintain steady work pace to produce adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.

| Duties: | Duties include scraping soiled dishes and placing them into the dish machine.
Operate an automated dish washing solution dispensing system.
Supervise travel of dishes through dish machine.
Sort clean dishes and transport them to storage area.
Clean work area and perform sanitary and safe handling of food and equipment.

| Qualifications: | Prior knowledge of dish machine, kitchen, and floor cleaning equipment is required.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend; lift, push and pull up to 70 pounds.
Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
